Penn State World Campus students had the chance to stand with their fellow Penn State students in front of tens of thousands of football fans at Beaver Stadium on Saturday.
The students participated in the annual All-University Day halftime celebration during the Nittany Lions' football game against Northwestern.
The two who represented Penn State World Campus students were MacArthur Engstrand and Mattea Derr.
All-University Day is a way to show that Penn State World Campus and its online learners are part of the vibrant Penn State community. The goal of the celebration is to show Penn State as one university whose campuses and students are geographically dispersed.
As part of the show, the stadium announcer called out each campus, including Penn State University Park, Penn State Law, the Commonwealth Campuses, and special-mission campuses.
The staff from Penn State World Campus Student Affairs helped arrange for Engstrand's and Derr's participation in the event.
