Denita Wright Watson has served students from preschool to graduate school by fostering inclusive learning environments and equitable access to educational opportunities and social services for almost 30 years. She has worked at Penn State for the last 12 years and currently serves as an equal employment opportunity specialist in the Office of Equal Opportunity and Access (OEOA) at University Park. The office is responsible for investigating reports alleging discrimination and harassment based on age, race, gender, sexual orientation, disability, religion, and veteran status. Denita leads investigations, prepares reports detailing findings and recommendations, and provides resources and support for those impacted.
