- a 5% tuition reduction on all World Campus programs and courses, and no location-based tuition
- assistance from academic advising, career counseling, and a financial literacy staff who specialize in serving working professionals

Employees located in the greater Delaware Valley, Pennsylvania, or Southern New Jersey area may also apply their tuition reduction benefit toward earning a graduate degree or certificate through Penn State Great Valley School of Graduate Professional Studies in Malvern, Pennsylvania.
